Help Desk Analyst—Direct Hire/Full-Time

Modis Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst with experience in a Windows environment for a full-time direct role in Cleveland, OH. The Help Desk Analyst will resolve support queries from internal and external clients. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a computer/IT environment.

Help Desk/IT Support Analyst Responsibilities
• Initial contact and support of the end user community for hardware, software and networking issues by investigating, researching, troubleshooting, escalating and/or resolving issues in an efficient manner.
• Delivers first- and second-level technology support on PC-based and telecommunications issues. Areas of support include: desktops and laptops, printers, Microsoft Office, document management, intranet and extranets, telephony, mobile devices and remote access tools.
• Assists with end-user communication of planned and unplanned system downtime or other incidents, for example by sending broadcast emails.
• Assists with project work, such as testing new software, providing insight into end-user support issues on new software and projects.

Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, working with computer operations or desktop applications
• Experience in a help desk or IT support environment
• Knowledge of MS Office, mobile devices, and remote access tools
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
• Flexibility to work the afternoon shift
