Petrus Retirement Planning is a financial firm serving Houston and the surrounding Gulf Coast, Piney-woods, and Prairies & Lakes regions of Texas. We give financial seminars throughout the region, and our clients come to us seeking strategies for keeping their money safe from market declines, while earning a reasonable rate of return and making sure their money lasts throughout their retirement.

• Coordination and scheduling of marketing events
• Attend and assist with seminars
• Respond to telephone, in person, or electronic inquiries
• Compile, verify, and process forms
• Data entry
• Send and receive documents
• Calendar management
• File management
• Responsible for customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s Degree, communications or related field
• High School diploma

• Previous marketing or administrative experience
• Previous call center experience
• Sales experience
• Must be available to work up to 6 late evenings per month, and travel up to about 2 hrs from the Houston area for seminar events
• Previous experience working closely with an agent or financial advisor

• Good computer skills
• Effective time management
• Excellent communication skills
