Data Analyst

Our client in Sandy Springs is looking for a Data Analyst for a long term contract. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with asset owners, partners, IT Site Contacts to populate and maintain the integrity of the CI data to support other IT Service Management processes.
• Work with ITAM, Service Transition, and IT Operations to remediate duplicate CI's and their related data.
• Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to help with supporting the upkeep of the CMDB.
• Proactively review inventory status of Configuration Items (CIs) and perform reconciliation analysis of CI records within the CMDB environment
• Manage the CI model and Class records to minimize duplicate data through the creation of new models/classes and following the normalization process.
