About This Role

The primary role of the FP&A Analyst III-Project Management is to provide financial data collection, processing, budgeting, reporting and analytical support for the Retail Operations Project Management Department. This role will focus on managing all financial requirements related to Store Projects, including invoice processing, retailer billings, vendor assessments, monthly accruals, monthly financial and performance reporting. Expectations for this role is to be able to accurately and efficiently process, analyze and record vast amounts of financial data, in addition to being able to communicate effectively to stakeholders across the enterprise in a concise manner.

What You'll Do
  • Manage Store Projects Revenue ($28M) and Expense ($21M) for 300+ projects annually
  • Prepare, analyze and report monthly results and key metrics compared to budget and prior year
  • Support the annual budget and monthly projection processes for Store Projects
  • Identify and drive recommendations for process improvements to drive performance efficiencies
  • Ad-hoc analysis as needed
Who You Are

A highly motivated individual with strong Excel and analytical skills, and a high attention to detail. You enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to analyze data and create tools to drive program and process efficiencies.

Required Skills
  • 3 - 5 years retail experience in a financial, accounting or business analytics background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Working knowledge of SAP & BPC/EPM and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand, investigate and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and open to coaching
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
  • Proven ability to work horizontally and vertically across an organization of diverse teams and leadership styles
  • Results oriented with proven track record of accomplishments
