Sr Java Developer

job summary:

Our client is looking to add a Sr. Java Developer to their growing team. Ideal candidates need to have experience with design and development of applications that act as the orchestration layer for mobile and web clients. . This is a great opportunity to work with a Fortune 100 company with high international brand recognition. This is a contract position with the opportunity to be extended or convert to a permanent employee. This position offers excellent pay and an opportunity to work with one of the top leaders in the retail and entertainment space.

Required Skils: 3 to 5 years of experience with:

• Kotlin, Java
• Project Reactor
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC/WebFlux and / or Reactive programming in Java
• Node 10+, Express and Typescript
• REDIS
• Docker
• Maven
• NPM
• Willingness to learn different tech stacks
• 1 to 3 years of experience with frontend techonologies / frameworks (Angular 10+, Reaact, Vanilla JS), SCSS, CSS, Typescript
• Exposure to Splunk, Github, Jenkins, Nexus and AWS EC2

responsibilities:

These applications are expected to act as the data orchestration layer as they bring data for the client layers in alignment with the business goals and requirements.

Is able to Analyze the current backend services ecosystem and is able to identify the necessary integrations to be built with systems that will solve for the business need of a project or a feature.
