What you will do:
•    Analyze website data on traffic sources and patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and product selection. Work on stakeholder-specific analysis including campaign analysis, customer segmentation and profiling. Identify successes, trends, and potential problem areas. Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where appropriate to improve business performance
•    Answer ad-hoc questions through deep-dive analyses; creating, maintaining, updating and improving upon reporting streams; including statistical calculations, graphical representation and written analysis utilizing online analytic tools (Adobe Experience Cloud Marketing Suite: Workspace, Data Warehouse and ReportBuilder) and traditional reporting/analysis platforms
•    Lead strategic analytics projects and present clearly communicated findings that lead to impactful insights for key partners.
•    Multi-task and support ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand customer behavior, investigate emerging trends and diagnose data discrepancies.
•    Craft and build data sets for various use cases such as, but not limited to, investigative analyses and scalable reporting solutions.
•    Collaborate with various teams to ensure ongoing data quality.
•    Manage expectations and relationship with different stakeholders across different organizations
•    Analyze audiences to identify key audience segments for the purposes of targeted experiments, campaigns, and personalization
•    Actively interact with internal clients to assess needs, relay insights, and make recommendations based on those insights. Educate team members on how to access and interpret data for self service requests.
•    Work with the analytics implementation team to troubleshoot data collection issues and maintain/update tags and Analytics setup
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is required, masters preferred.
•    5+ years of relevant professional experience.
•    Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
•    Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL and/or SQL-like languages.
•    Good attention to detail with the ability to stitch, calibrate and quality control multiple data sources.
•    Web Analytics experience is highly desired.
•    Experience with Marketing Analytics, Email Analytics or optimization of online program initiatives preferred. 
•    Experience with Adobe Analytics Workspace/Ad Hoc Analysis and web clickstream data highly desired.
•    Solid understanding of a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
•    Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical modeling techniques and data mining concepts is desirable.
•    Advanced Excel skills.
